WTCWin That Customer

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of Win That Customer (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Win That Customer helps local service businesses recover missed calls by automatically texting missed callers, qualifying the job, and notifying the business owner. We provide the software; you are responsible for how you use it with your customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • Have the necessary consent and a lawful basis to message your customers, and comply with applicable laws and carrier rules (including TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements in the United States).
  • Honor opt-out requests and use the service only for legitimate business communications — not spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly and are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Early-access pilots are described at signup; any free period and its terms are stated there. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period unless required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service — including attempting to breach security, reverse-engineer the software, resell it without authorization, or use it to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the messaging ecosystem.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every missed call will be recovered or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
